• Accessories: Bags, Belts, Braces, and seasonal Christmas items

We strive to accurately display our products through images and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to individual monitor settings.

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Order Process:

• Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the product or price
• An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Payment is processed at the time of order. Your card will be charged when your order is confirmed.

Pricing:

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our workshop.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Flat fee of £12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs procedures and seasonal demand.

Shipping Regions:

We ship worldwide excluding Asia and select remote regions. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by your country.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return details
2. Await our response with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
3. Securely pack the unused, undamaged item in original packaging with all tags attached
4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or note with your Returns Authorisation number
5. Ship the parcel to the address provided by our team using a tracked service

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:

• Berets
• Fedora hats
• Baker-boys hats
• Baseball hats

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, please follow the return process and specify your desired alternative item. We will dispatch the new item once we receive the original. Price differences will be refunded or invoiced as appropriate.
